Malaysia Airlines will operate temporarily from Al Maktoum International Airport at Dubai World Trade Central (DWC) between May 1 and July 21.
The shift is due to the closure of one of the runways at Dubai International which is currently undergoing major resurfacing work. Once completed, the Asian carrier will resume operations at the UAE’s busiest airport.
DWC is located in Jeble Ali, 37km southwest of Dubai’s city centre. A member of the Oneworld airline alliance, Malaysia Airlines operates daily services between Kuala Lumpur and Dubai.
